Terms of Service for Mono
Last Updated: April 22, 2026
Mono is created and maintained by me, Aadam Gafar. These terms explain what you can do with it. By downloading, installing, or using Mono, you agree to these terms.
1. Permission to Use Mono
These Terms of Service give you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to download, install, and use Mono for your own personal or internal use.
2. Ownership
Mono, including its name, design, code, artwork, and other original materials, remains owned by Aadam Gafar unless otherwise stated. These Terms of Service do not transfer ownership of Mono to you.
3. Your Content
Your videos, folders, metadata, notes, tags, and playback history remain yours. Mono does not claim ownership over anything you organise or watch with the app.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, rent, lease, or redistribute Mono without written permission.
- Remove copyright, terms, or attribution notices from Mono.
- Use Mono in a way that breaks applicable laws or third-party platform terms.
- Misrepresent Mono as your own product or service.
5. Browser Store Terms
If you install Mono for YouTube through a browser extension store, your use of that store may also be governed by the store's own terms and policies.
6. No Warranty
Mono is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. I try to keep it useful, private, and reliable, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or fit every situation.
7. Questions
If you have questions about these terms or want written permission for a use that is not covered here, contact me at contact@monoapp.uk.
